Talent Acquisition Summer Intern


The Express Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid program that offers undergraduate Juniors and Seniors the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to various aspects of a retail fashion company. The Summer Intern class will include students interested in hands-on experience in an area of interest and exposure to cross-functional collaboration as well as gaining valuable professional development.

The 2023 program runs from June 5th to August 11th, and positions will be available in our Columbus, Ohio headquarters.


  • Creatively source candidates, conduct interviews, gather feedback, and build relationships with candidates throughout hiring process
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to determine needs for developing a pipeline of candidates for key roles
  • Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to network and engage with candidates
  • Responsible for creating a positive candidate experience for every candidate
  • Represent the Express brand in an authentic way with candidates using strong communication skills
  • Build strong relationships and trust - with candidates, talent acquisition team, hiring leaders, and HR partners
