Responsibilities
The Store Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting successful staffing and scheduling in stores. The position is responsible for creating reporting focused on key performance indicators and for providing analytics, communication, training, and systems management. The role also conducts data mining in outlier markets, researches root causes, and develops solutions based on insights. This position also gathers feedback from field and store leadership and identifies simplification opportunities . This role manages day-to-day scheduling and reporting needs, troubleshoots field concerns, identifies improvement and efficiency opportunities, and develops standard operating procedures. This role will act as a subject matter expert for all workforce management activities and analytics for store operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the weekly scheduling process is optimized and provide accurate and timely schedules to store associate teams
- Support District Managers and Store Managers with schedule optimization ensuring top business days are protected
- Support optimal staffing headcount processes while ensuring systems are appropriately configured to support the changing needs of the business
- Maintain field scorecards and reports while identifying trends to provide actionable insights to internal leadership and field leaders
- Identify market and store outliers, research root causes and develop solutions based on insights
- Ensure the field is properly supported to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and find opportunities in performance or scheduling analyses
- Provide needed ad hoc staffing, scheduling, and reporting analyses
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Certification, or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years' experience, preferably within the retail industry
- Experienced in using Microsoft Suite or other business suite application with emphasis on spreadsheet and data query tools
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in Kronos, Workday, Peoplesoft or related scheduling systems
- Knowledge or potential to learn MicroStrategy (MSI), Tableau, or other reporting tools
