Bonobos is seeking a Site Merchandising Assistant to support our eCommerce platform while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

The Site Merchandising Assistant is at the core of how Bonobos operates and our reinvention of how customers shop. Working closely within the eComm team and cross-functionally with the Merchandising, Creative and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies, optimizing product presentation, and driving sales on our eCommerce platform.

What you'll do...
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to implement product assortment plans and execute merchandising strategies on the Bonobos eCommerce platform - this includes creating, launching, and updating product listings, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accurate product information and pricing
  • Assist the Marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns on the site, including coordinating product updates, discounts and offers, as well as creating landing pages and banners to support campaign initiatives
  • Collaborate with relevant partners to optimize the online presentation of products to maximize conversion rates and enhance the overall customer experience - this involves selecting product imagery, writing compelling product descriptions, and organizing product categorization and filtering
  • Identify areas of opportunity for cross-merchandising to improve CVR and AOV
  • Regularly monitor and analyze site performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates and sales, while identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance the user experience and drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the Site Operations Associate to evaluate the site's user experience, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to optimize navigation, search functionality and overall usability
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies and customer preferences, and utilize these insights to inform site merchandising decisions and enhance Bonobos' competitive advantage

  • A positive "all-hands-on-deck" attitude and willingness to get the job done
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce/ site merchandising
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze website performance and user behavior
  • A positive attitude and proven experience collaboratively with team members to achieve deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to be self-sufficient and work independently

Part-time associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave and to participate in the 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match. Salary Range: $70,200 - $99,700

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
