Bonobos is seeking....
A Retail Training Specialist who will be responsible for supporting our Guideshop locations through producing and delivering training tools that ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. The Retail Training Specialist must have strong communication and people skills to work cross-functionally with various teams across the business, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, HR, Technology, and Product teams. The Retail Training Specialist will report directly to our Sr. Manager of Retail Operations and partner with the Retail Operations Specialist, Regional Director and District Managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the implementation of all training-related activities, in partnership with the Guideshop leadership and corporate teams
- Design and produce all retail training collateral incorporating video, digital and print
- Own and produce training agenda for all conferences, working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional content to support business initiatives
- Regular assessment of training gaps as demonstrated in customer feedback, Guideshop leadership visits, and business results
- Maintain onboarding training to reflect updated policies, procedures, and new initiatives
- Partner with Retail Operations Specialists to maintain effective resource organization and Guideshop communication
- Support Guideshop locations with day-to-day training needs
- Enhance the customer experience by working with partners across the organization to continually improve training tools used by Guides
- Monitor Training and Education budget to drive continuous improvement in expense control
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Have 3-5 years of training, retail operations, or similar experience
- Thrive on working collaboratively with equally action-oriented and dedicated members of a team
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement creative approaches to training programs that drive tangible results
- Demonstrate extraordinary problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize workload
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively to grow company profitability
- Take the initiative to identify and act on opportunities to improve and drive the training strategy for the business
- Able to travel to markets across the country to support Guideshop locations
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Part-time associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave and to participate in the 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match. Salary Range: $ 61,000 - $99,700
Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
