Bonobos is seeking....

A Retail Facilities Specialist who will be responsible for supporting our Guideshop locations through ensuring the physical condition of each Guideshop is maintained to brand, quality, cleanliness, safety and environmental standards to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

A Retail Facilities Specialist must have strong communication and people skills to work cross-functionally with various teams across the business, including Visual Merchandising, Store Design & Construction, and Real Estate, as well as external vendors. The Retail Facilities Specialist will report directly to our Manager of Retail Operations and partner with the Retail Operations Specialists, Training Specialist, Regional Director and District Managers.

  • Support Guideshop locations by managing the prioritization and scheduling of work orders, as well as preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance
  • Enhance the customer experience by working with partners across the organization to actively solve problems, identify opportunities, and help remove obstacles as they relate to facilities
  • Partner closely with District and Guideshop Managers as an expert in facilities
  • Ensure the reliability of all Guideshop mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships and review and negotiate contract terms and conditions for contractor selected for facilities projects and the delivery of services
  • Ensure emergency procedures are in place for Guideshop locations
  • Support construction projects and work with cross-functional teams in new store openings and store improvement projects
  • Maintain a 24-hour SLA on all active work orders while being available for emergency support
  • Build and communicate facilities reporting for Guideshop locations
  • Manage facilities budget and create tools to drive continuous improvement in expense control
  • Identify and implement innovation opportunities in facilities systems, tools, and technology
  • Partner with Retail Operations Specialists to support Guideshop locations with day-to-day operational tasks including troubleshooting technology services, system access management, reporting supervision, and system/policy construction

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant retail operations, retail facilities, or similar experience
  • Thrive on working collaboratively with equally action-oriented and dedicated members of a team
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate extraordinary problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively to grow company profitability
  • Able to travel to markets across the country to support Guideshop locations
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: $ 68,500 - $108,600

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
