Responsibilities

The Project Manager Operations works directly with the SVP, Stores to research the viability of Store initiatives, to create options and scenarios, and to develop and implement these programs. The role also is responsible for creating executive project briefs and updates for the VP and also presenting to executive audiences. The position works closely with Store Operations and Field Leadership in the determination, planning, decision-making, and execution of new Stores initiatives particularly focused on the customer experience and associate engagement. Within Store Operations, this role will create project plans, coordinate and lead initiative implementations and collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work at the direction of the SVP, Stores to proactively lead and drive all Stores organization initiatives through all project stages including ensuring key stakeholder alignment and presenting project milestones to executive leaders
  • Lead the implementation of strategic Stores initiatives and new and emerging concepts to drive brand growth
  • Work with Store Operations team to proactively manage Store Operations initiatives and projects through all project stages
  • Bring innovative thinking and leadership to key business initiatives that result in outstanding customer experiences and key measurable outcomes
  • Identify opportunities and recommend changes to processes to drive internal and external efficiencies
  • Develop key metrics to monitor, analyze data, and measure the effectiveness and ROI of each business initiative, keeping the team informed and in control of the outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop field strategies particularly to ensure successful fourth quarter outcomes
  • Prioritize and ensure execution of critical workstreams
  • Influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively across all levels

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 5-7 years of retail experience with 3+ years of project management experience
  • PMI certification preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and ensure execution of critical workstreams
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
