Responsibilities
The Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) is responsible for providing support and execution of full-funnel Editorial, Video, Display and Paid Social campaigns. This role oversees the creative ticketing and review processes, as well as being responsible for creative trafficking and in-platform program execution (campaign builds). This role requires an "operations meets analytics" mindset with a hunger to learn. This role will own day-to-day program management and analysis-this includes monitoring pacing, budgeting and tactical performance The Specialist will be expected to surface insights and recommendations for continual program growth against KPIs. This highly cross-functional role will effectively communicate learnings to applicable stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure recommendations are actioned. To be successful, the person in this role must keep pace with industry trends and platform/technology enhancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate creative briefing process, including providing feedback based on best practices, historical program knowledge and platform requirements
- Build campaigns across applicable platforms, including but not limited to: Meta, TikTok, YouTube and DSP
- Owns day-to-day program management and analysis, ensuring all programs run as expected
- Responsible for program QA to ensure messaging, targeting, budget and frequency guidelines are implemented properly
- Leads day-to-day external vendor communications
- Partners with Manager, Digital Marketing to ensure budget pacing is optimal based on daily and weekly performance trends
- Responsible for audience, platform, tactic and creative reporting and optimization recommendations to drive continual program improvement. This includes ensuring optimization recommendations are actioned
- Create & analyze reports for trends and solutions to optimize performance daily, weekly and monthly
- Participates in strategic vendor discussions to keep pace with trends and platform/technology enhancements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: College degree required in relevant field of study
- Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience in Paid Media/Digital Marketing. Retail experience preferred.

- Experience working with digital platforms, e.g. Adobe Analytics, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
