Responsibilities

The Performance Marketing Coordinator (Paid Media) is responsible for providing support and execution of Editorial, Video, Display and Paid Social campaigns. This operations-focused role oversees the creative ticketing and review processes as well as being responsible for creative trafficking and in-platform program execution. This role requires an "operations meets analytics" mindset with a hunger to learn. The Coordinator will be expected to keep pace with industry and platform updates and apply knowledge back into programs to drive continual progress in program results.

Media Operations
  • Coordinate creative briefing process, including providing feedback based on best practices, historical program knowledge and platform requirements
  • Partner with Creative Operations to schedule creative reviews with applicable stakeholders
  • Create campaign snapshots for validation of content strategy alignment and messaging continuity
  • Own trafficking of creative assets once released
  • Build campaigns across applicable platforms, including but not limited to: Meta, TikTok, YouTube and DSP
  • Communicate creative changes with external vendors
  • Project manage external vendor program development
  • Owns requests of CRM-related audience lists and in-platform setup
  • Responsible for program QA to ensure messaging, targeting, budget and frequency guidelines are implemented properly

Reporting, Analysis, and Optimization
  • Create & analyze reports for trends and solutions to optimize performance daily, weekly and monthly
  • Proactively present findings and recommendations to larger Paid Media team for knowledge share and discussion
  • Optimize programs utilizing learnings to drive continual program success


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: College degree required in relevant field of study
  • Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience in Paid Media/Digital Marketing. Retail experience preferred
