Bonobos is seeking a Ecommerce and Paid Media Analyst to support our digital marketing initiatives while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

The Ecommerce and Paid Media Analyst is at the core of the Bonobos brand and our reinvention of how customers discover and shop for premium men's apparel. This role will be responsible for supporting the development for paid media strategies, managing the day-to-day execution, analyzing and reporting the performance, and optimizing campaigns.

What you'll do...
  • Support in the development and execution of paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to define target audiences, campaign goals and KPIs
  • Support Paid Media team in managing end-to-end campaign implementation across various paid media channels, including search, social platforms, display and affiliate
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics across channels, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven insights to drive campaign performance
  • Use analytics tools and platforms to extract insights and trends from campaign and site data
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate campaign performance and key findings to stakeholders
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on web data to understand and communicate site performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign strategies and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage paid media budgets
  • Monitor spending and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to optimize budget allocation across different paid media channels based on performance and ROI
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to drive campaign success and achieve business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective and innovative paid media campaigns

  • A positive "all-hands-on-deck" attitude and willingness to get the job done
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and ecommerce analytics
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, affiliate)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.) to analyze website performance and user behavior
  • Knowledge of keyword research, SEO, A/B testing and landing page optimization best practices
  • Proven experience collaboratively with team members to achieve deliverables
  • Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to be self-sufficient and work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task between projects and aggressive deadlines
  • A self-starter with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the paid media landscape
  • Experience with Asana project management tool preferred

Salary Range: $70,200 - $99,700

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
