The Express, Inc. Summer 2024 Internship Program is a 10-week , paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The i ntern ship program provide s hands-on experience in an area of interest and cross-functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills .  

The Employer Brand & Talent Attraction Summer Internship position will support our Express, Inc. (Express, Bonobos, UpWest) brands. The Summer 2024 Internship P rogram occurs from June 3rd to August 9th. This internship is located at our Express H eadquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

  • Work alongside our Human Resources team to promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various platforms and across our brands
  • Compile employer brand metrics to identify trends, insights and opportunities
  • Support the production of content (written, visual & video) to help us achieve our employer brand, talent acquisition and early in career goals
  • Support candidate site s (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed , career site ) with day-to-day ma nagement and e ngagement to influence how we are perceived as an employer to drive talent attraction
  • Help build associate advocacy program to amplify stories with the goal of expand ing our brand presence
  • Use internal & external research to support in the development of c andidate personas to attract and retain strong talent
  • Assist in refreshing hiring, branding and career fair collateral and assets to support talent acquisition needs
  • Recommend new ideas and creative approaches to help us innovate and advance our early in career and employer brand footpr int , ultimately bec oming an employer of choice

  • Availability to work full time ( 40 hours per week)
  • Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
