The Creative Ops Sample Coordinator is responsible for product samples supporting video/photography facing projects at our Express Photo Studio. This person will serve as the liaison between multiple teams and must be analytical, organized, and experienced with creative production processes. As a Sample Coordinator, you will manage the organizing of physical samples and the tracking of samples as they arrive at the Photo Studio.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to track samples for photoshoots
  • Follow sample intake process to label and organize samples in preparation for styling and photoshoots
  • Pack and unpack samples according to production schedules
  • Follow up on any late or missing samples and communicate updates to cross-functional teams as needed
  • Pull Workhorse reporting to track status of samples
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor (e.g. printing labels or decks, building boards, making signs, etc.)

  • Associate's Degree or 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
  • Computer proficiency enough to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage time and workloads effectively
  • Hands-on person with positive team attitude

  • Positive can-do attitude; professional and mature; motivated self-starter; organized and attentive to detail; agile and adapts to change quickly; resourceful and solution oriented
