Responsibilities

The Campaign Analyst for our CRM Execution Team assists in the design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across all of our marketing channels. They are responsible for audience selection, in partnership with the program manager. The goal is to provide flawless and flexible execution that achieves campaign objectives, creates a strong customer experience, and drives incremental sales for the business.

  • Manage production calendar and daily workflow of the marketing campaign execution process for the assigned channel.
  • Ensure proper audience selection, test setup, segmentation, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide flawless execution of marketing file creation, including extensive audit procedures.
  • Perform expert level execution of the end-to-end campaign process leveraging Adobe Campaign and SQL tools.
  • Gain a strong understanding of the internal database structure.
  • Assist with managing the creation and validation of campaign ring codes.
  • Work with the team to develop and manage process documentation.
  • Rapidly execute, test and optimize the email and print campaigns to improve marketing ROI.
  • Remain aware of the performance of the ongoing campaigns to proactively modify the target segments for the upcoming campaigns.
  • Collaborate on strategies that deliver incremental response for the assigned marketing channel.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of business experience in retail, direct marketing, or analytics preferred
  • Tools:
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools
    • Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar CRM tools (e.g. Unica, Responsys, Salesforce) is a plus
    • Understanding of how relational database systems work is a plus
