Bonobos is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives that will take our company to the next level.

Founded on a better-fitting pair of pants and the best-in-class customer service around, Bonobos is one of the fastest growing digitally native apparel companies ever. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Brand Manager will play a critical role in bringing the brand positioning to life, designing strategies for omnichannel campaigns as well as leading the marketing team through the execution of brand equity campaigns, partnerships and other marketing initiatives.

This role is responsible for...The Brand Manager is at the core of the Bonobos business and our reinvention of how customers engage with the brand and shop. This role will be responsible for the strategy, development, implementation and optimization of Bonobos' brand and marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to craft and execute impactful initiatives that not only attract customers but keep them coming back for more. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful and results-driven marketer who has worked for a high-growth consumer brand, with a focus on developing and executing effective omnichannel campaigns.

What you'll do...
  • Uphold and refine Bonobos' brand positioning, ensuring a strong and consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels (ecomm, digital marketing, social, print and retail) through seasonal and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Act as the brand guardian to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Bonobos' overall business goals and objectives
  • Develop the strategy and own the execution of the marketing calendar, ensuring all channels (owned, earned and paid) are aligned to achieve revenue goals and business needs
  • Together with channel leads, develop overall channel strategy to support brand campaigns and achieve brand awareness goals
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, Brand Creative and Product teams to conceptualize and execute integrated and brand equity campaigns that align to the brand objectives
  • Work with the CRM team to analyze customer data in order to develop personalized brand strategies and craft compelling brand stories that resonate with the target audiences and differentiate Bonobos from its competitors
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance, analyzing key metrics and implementing strategies to enhance brand perception and awareness
  • Drive the development of creative assets, campaign materials and marketing collateral to deliver impactful and engaging brand experiences
  • Identify and collaborate with key influencers, industry thought leaders and strategic partners to amplify the brand's reach and relevance and drive brand advocacy
  • Develop and execute partnership campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness and strengthening brand equity
  • Implement campaigns to support social causes, identifying non-for-profit organizations to partner with and managing the campaign process from end to end
  • Drive consumer research strategy and work with relevant partners to implement brand tracking studies, targeted consumer research, and drive consumer insights
  • Track and monitor key brand awareness metrics and NPS
  • Stay up to date on the latest market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities within the fashion and apparel industry - leveraging insights to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies to maintain Bonobos' competitive edge

  • A positive "all-hands-on-deck" attitude and willingness to get the job done
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated and/or brand marketing within a D2C CPG organization
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative brand strategies and initiatives
  • Able to strategize, analyze and execute across a range of programs and channels
  • Are scrappy, hands-on and can implement campaigns with limited budget
  • A project management whiz and feels comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude and proven experience collaboratively with internal and external team members to achieve deliverables
  • Thrives in a very fast-paced environment and scaling organization
  • Are resourceful and proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions
  • Able to develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Have the ability and desire to flex from big picture thinking to digging into the details

Part-time associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave and to participate in the 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match. Salary Range: $120,700 - $187,700

Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
