Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing advanced administrative support to SVPs and VPs. The Administrative Assistant has the ability to problem solve, think critically, and anticipate needs. Strong business communications, oral and written and understands confidentiality.

  • Providing and coordinating calendar, email, and departmental communication support
  • Book travel & complete expense reporting
  • Preparing and maintaining reports and documents for the department
  • Budget management and tracking including reconciling invoices
  • Support company philanthropy and associate programs
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel charts and run business reporting
  • Order office supplies for the department
  • Anticipate leader and departmental needs
  • Special projects as assigned


Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting VP/SVP level leadership
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Possess problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality
  • Strong adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality


Critical Skills & Attributes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in fast paced organization, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
